We are a London-based construction house working with private clients, family offices, developers and clinical operators across the United Kingdom, the United Arab Emirates and the wider Middle East. Every project is delivered by our own directly employed teams, flown in as a self-contained crew, working under a single point of accountability from first survey to final handover.

Delivery model
How an overseas mandate runs.
Survey visit
A director and lead surveyor fly out, walk the site, meet the consultant and issue a costed scope within two weeks.
Team on the ground
We deploy a self-contained crew of joiners, stonemasons, electricians and project management, housed for the duration of the mandate.
Handover pack
As-built drawings, warranties, O&M manuals and a defects period run from London by the same director who started the project.

What overseas clients ask.

Do you hold a Dubai contractor licence?
We partner with a licensed Dubai contractor of record for permitting and municipality approvals, while delivering the build with our own directly employed London team. It is the model private principals in the city increasingly prefer.
How much of the finish is imported?
As much as the client wants. Stone, joinery, ironmongery, glazing and lighting are usually shipped from our European supply chain. Substrates, MEP first fix and consumables are sourced locally to keep programme sensible.
What size of project makes this viable?
For a self-contained villa or full-floor penthouse, from around AED 5 million construction value upwards. Smaller mandates work when scoped as fit-out only, or bundled with a clinic or apartment for the same principal.
