Full Refurbishments

Whole-property renovation, single point of accountability.

Overview

From Georgian townhouses to boutique commercial units, we deliver end-to-end refurbishments with a single point of accountability, protecting your programme and your finishes.

A full refurbishment is a choreography problem before it is a construction problem. Structure, services, joinery, stone and glass all arrive on the same site, in the right order, with the right protection. Ushii holds every one of those trades in-house, which is why our refurbishments finish on the day we said they would.

Reclaimed oak

Sourced from British estates, dried and machined in our workshop.

Honed limestone

Portland, Lecce and Jura stone laid on a proper substrate.

Lime plaster

Breathable finishes correct for period walls.

Answers

What clients ask.

Can we stay in the property during works?

Sometimes, for phased works. For anything structural we usually recommend vacating; we will tell you honestly which category yours falls into.

Who manages planning and building control?

We do, alongside your architect if you have one. If you do not, we can introduce practices we work with regularly.

How firm is the fixed price?

Once scope and specification are agreed, the price is fixed. Variations only happen if you change your mind or something unforeseen is uncovered, both discussed before any cost is incurred.
