First conversation is over a call or in London. Most of our Middle East mandates arrive by referral and stay that way.
Feasibility visit
A director and lead surveyor fly out, walk the site, and issue a costed scope and programme within two weeks.
Team deployed
We rotate a self-contained crew of London craftsmen, housed for the duration of the mandate, with a single director accountable throughout.

Can you work under NDA?
Most of our Middle East mandates run under NDA from first enquiry. No case studies, no photographs, no attribution unless the principal specifically permits it.
Which countries do you take mandates in?
Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Kuwait and Oman most frequently, alongside the UAE. Referrals in Jordan and Lebanon considered on a case-by-case basis.
How do you handle local permits and licensing?
We partner with a licensed contractor of record in each jurisdiction for permitting and authority approvals. Our team delivers the build. It is the cleanest, most accountable model for private principals.
What size of mandate is viable?
For a self-contained villa or full-floor penthouse, from around USD 2 million construction value upwards. Family office frameworks across multiple properties are our preferred engagement.
