The UAE is not one market. Abu Dhabi principals ask different questions to Dubai principals, and a Ras Al Khaimah headland villa is a different build to a Saadiyat beachfront. Our answer is the same across all of it. A directly employed London team, deployed as a self-contained crew, working to European tolerances under one project director.

Feasibility visit
A director walks the site, meets your consultant or PMC, and issues a costed scope and programme within two weeks of the visit.
Directly employed crew
We deploy joiners, stone masons, electricians and site management from our London team. No sub-contracted local trades on the finish work.
Single accountable director
One London-based director owns the mandate from survey to handover. Weekly reports, monthly walk-throughs, one phone number.

What overseas clients ask.

Are you licensed to build in the UAE?
We partner with licensed contractors of record in Abu Dhabi, Dubai and the northern emirates for permitting and municipality approvals, and deliver the build with our own team. It is the cleanest model for private principals.
How do you handle the DoH or DHA process for a clinic?
We build to the standard and provide the handover documentation. Your compliance advisor manages the submission and inspections. We introduce advisors we work with regularly if you do not have one.
Can you take on a multi-residence family office framework?
Yes. Our preferred model is a framework across two to five properties, with the same core crew rotated between them and one director accountable for all of it.
What is a realistic programme?
Villa turnkey: 12 to 18 months. Whole-floor penthouse fit-out: 6 to 9 months. Single clinic surgery: 6 to 8 weeks. All caveated by consents and long-lead material shipping.
